Party Rental Delivery Information

We deliver throughout Northwest Indiana including Lake County, Porter County, and parts of LaPorte County. We rely heavily on our rental software with GPS integration to accurately get our truck and your equipment to your location safely and in a timely manner. We take great pride in the professionalism of our staff, cleanliness of our trucks and rental equipment, and our punctuality. We hold ourselves to a very strict timeline so the more you (the customer) can do to help us expedite our job, the more efficient we can be. This helps us keep the quality of our service up and the prices down.

If your event is taking place outside of the delivery area shown below, give us a call at 219-887-9644 or email us at info@illianapartyrentals.com and ask. If we don't service your area we may have some recommendations of other qualified companies to refer you to.

Customer Pick Up & Return Information

Illiana Party Rentals does allow for most of our rental items to be picked up from our location in Merrillville. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
